As Brand Acquisition Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to attract and acquire new Brands for Dolled Up.
Objectives
As Dolled Up’s Acquisition Manager, you will focus on procuring assets, services, or companies to foster growth and enhance an organization's competitive position. They are adept at identifying valuable acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms to optimize deal value.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the team, you will plan, develop, and establish the acquisition strategy. You will also develop a pre-negotiation position, determine and justify the types of contracts and negotiation authority to be used, and lead contract negotiations.
- Responsible for new Brand acquisition for assigned products
- Ensure the success of Key Brands on the Dolled Up App
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for any related topic to ensure the success of onboarding new Brands to the Dolled Up App
- Building good relationships and trust with Brands to understand more about their business and their key success factors
- Advise Brands about promotional campaigns and product selections; give actionable customer feedback and related customer needs to help Brands grow their business on the Dolled Up app
- Meet the target set by the Dolled Up team in terms of quantity and quality of new vendors recruited
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal applicant for this position has suitable skills, including:
- The ideal applicant will have experience and knowledge in the Fashion Industry.
- 5 years experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development, and E-Commerce business
- Works closely with Brands
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications
