Brand Strategist (Naming)
Our B2B tech enterprise client is looking for a Brand Strategist to support their team through June 2025, 40 hours/week, fully remote!
The ideal Brand Strategist should have:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience creating successful names for products, features, and brands
- Ability to facilitate alignment diplomatically
- Async collaboration
- Excellent skills at live facilitation of video meetings
- Bonus points for naming in more than one industry, including B2B SaaS naming experience
Responsibilities:
- Drive naming programs from discovery and brief writing, name generation and research, to the creation of tools and guidance for internal rollout for external success.
- Connect naming to our brand strategy and brand-building efforts.
- Reduce ambiguity and mitigate risks to the business and brand via a strategic, thoughtful, and disciplined approach to naming.
- Help simplify how our products, features, and offerings show up in the world.
- Help continually evolve our naming process and brand foundations for consistency, coherency, and scale.
Location: San Francisco, CA (Fully remote)
Starts: Ideally by April 22, 2024
Duration: Through June 2025

Hourly Rate: $60 - $70 / Hr
