Social Media Coordinator

GROWTH MODE is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our client’s social media presence and increase the reach of their content. Beyond having exceptional attention to detail, the ideal candidate will be a strong copywriter and researcher, and be well-versed in the LinkedIn and Instagram platforms. 

This position is fully remote but may require travel in Ventura County and Los Angeles County as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development and execution of social media strategy and content creation for the Agency and Agency Clients. 
• Use social media marketing tools to grow company’s brand and executive brand’s across a multitude of platforms.
• Craft copy and content for all clients, and engage on posts as needed. 
• Ability to react to social media trends in real-time to build brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
• Identify opportunities in user-generated content on behalf of the client.
• Ability to understand and create social media reports and provide recommendations to increase results.
• Ensure social media strategies comply with our clients’ guidelines and policies.
• Create real-time social content in addition to branded content provided by the client.

Requirements:

• Available for communication weekday mornings between 8 and 12pm. 
• Social Media Knowledge - Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X
• Skilled in graphic design (must be able to use Canva minimally)
• Highly proficient in social copywriting cross-industry
• Experience with a social media scheduling and management tool
• Physically located in Ventura County or Los Angeles County is a positive, but not required
• Past experience working with technical clients is a bonus.

GROWTH MODE PR & Communications Agency is run by 3X entrepreneur, PR & Business coach, and podcast host, Lexie Smith. While there are high expectations for output, the work environment is otherwise very casual. Mid-day activities or “working from anywhere there is an Internet connection” is totally fine as long as the client is being attended to and the job is getting done efficiently.

Location: Remote

Desired Experience: 1-3 Years

Basis: Part-time; 10-20 hours a week

Hourly: $20 -$25
