Job Description: 

Daffnee Cohen Marketing is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative, self-starting individual to help manage the content portion of client accounts. (social + email)


Our firm specializes in all things digital marketing, primarily for healthcare practitioners and professionals. This includes in depth social strategies, paid ad campaigns, e-newsletter strategies, content plans, and web management.


Our reputation and our agency is very well known for our attention to detail, creativity, and compassionate approach to our clients needs, goals, and concerns. Our work is multi-faceted in that we execute and deliver successful marketing campaigns while maintaining the personal and human approach to working with clients and their teams. That being said, we have a lot of processes in places to make work efficient, smooth, and fun. The brain space revolves around creativity and not so much execution! 


The role of this social + content candidate is to manage the creation of client content including social media posts, reels, and email copy.


Our team communicates via email and Voxer. 


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Strong people skills
  • Direct experience in social media marketing and content creation for social
  • Very strong writing and grammatical skills. **This is a must**
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills (we don't micromanage!)
  • A strong understanding of digital campaigns such as social media, e-newsletter sends, and content creation (although lots of room to learn with us here as well)
  • The ability to work well in a team setting, learn our existing culture, and contribute to it in a positive way
  • A very positive attitude and perspective. We make things work!

  • Canva *Must*
  • Capcut *Must*
  • Mailchimp/Klaviyo/or other newsletter provider 
  • Instagram/Meta and Meta Scheduler
  • Gsuite 
  • All things Google Drive


Platforms:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Occasionally LinkedIn
  • Occasionally TikTok (not common)
  • Google Business Page if applicable


Pay: $30-35 an hour depending on experience

Commitment: 10 hours a week with lots of room to grow


Daily/Weekly Tasks & Responsibilities:

E-newsletters & Campaigns: 

  • Work with team to meet deadlines on editorial calendar
  • Write copy for email sends
  • Create graphics for emails
  • Create graphics for sales and promotions


Social Media & Google Business: 

  • Create engaging, educational, and beautiful posts (copy and graphics) for clients including a mix of static and video/reel posts
  • Comment and message moderation
  • Updating bios, cover images, and headshot as needed
  • Replying to reviews


Team Communication & Meetings: 

  • Having an efficient turnaround time for content, graphics, and copy needs
  • Being timely in responses via email and available for meetings as needed
