Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to varied responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of payroll and scheduling software.
•Previous experience in customer service or marketing roles.
