Digital Content Manager

Remote

Our client in the home services space has an immediate need for a REMOTE Digital Content Manager. This long-term contract starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (20 hours / week) well into 2025 with the intention to increase weekly hours. 


The Digital Content Manager will play an important role in helping maintain and update our client's 4,000+ Google Business Profiles. The Digital Content Manager will work alongside the digital team to manage and execute requests from the internal marketing teams and work on various brands and projects simultaneously, so strong project management and organization skills are key to this position. 


Digital Content Manager Responsibilities: 

- Help maintain multiple Google Business Profiles by updating hours, updating tags, checking and updating links, uploading pre-approved images and assets, publishing content in Yext and more

- Ensure consistent and updated information in Google Business Profiles

- Respond to requests and give timely updates

- Collaborate directly with internal marketing and brand teams

- Manage multiple timelines and projects for multiple brands/profiles at once

- Provide insight on any areas of improvement and optimization of existing profiles


Digital Content Manager Requirements: 

- Huge plus if you have experience working with Google Business Profiles

- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and/or local SEO best practices

- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

- Teams and Outlook

- Experience using Monday.com or other project management software 

- Experience working with Yext is a plus (but not a must)

Starts: Within a Couple Weeks

Hourly Rate: $38 - $40 / Hr
