Mobile Pathways is excited to announce our annual fundraising event on May 4th at Bouchaine Vineyards. This evening promises to be a memorable one, filled with hope, inspiration, and community spirit as we come together to support and celebrate our mission to provide immigrants and refugees pathways to legal services.

We are seeking a skilled Event Photographer to capture moments of the events against the vineyard's backdrop. The ideal candidate will have experience in event photography, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to capture candid and staged moments that tell the story of the evening.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph key moments of the event, including guest arrivals and candid interactions.
• Work with the event team to understand specific photography needs and priorities.
• Provide a mix of candid and staged shots that can be used in social media and marketing materials.
• Deliver edited photos in a timely manner post-event.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an event photographer with a portfolio to showcase.
• Professional photography equipment and backup gear.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in different lighting conditions and environments.
• Creative eye and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
