Graphic Designer

We're looking for a self-motivated, passionate designer located near the Texas DFW area with availability to take on projects for at least 5-10 hours a week. You will be working and collaborating directly with the creative director to support our clients on various design needs including branding, print design, and presentation design.

This position is contract/part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time (remote).

Pay: $45 - 65 per hour depending on experience level

Examples of projects:

• Logo concepts and branding elements for a brand identity
• PowerPoint templates and design for presentations
• Signage and collateral for conferences
• Flyers, Posters, Mailers
• Design and edit long-format content in InDesign
• Website design in Wix

Must have:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Located in the DFW area and is generally available during normal business hours. This position is remote, but may be asked to meet in person for check-ins and some client meetings. We love a good coffee shop check-in meeting around here!
• A strong portfolio of graphic design projects (submitted via niknan.com/hiring)
• Confidence in designing well-rounded brand identities including scaleable logo systems, patterns, icon sets, supporting graphics, color palettes, and font selections
• Expert knowledge in creating PowerPoint templates via master pages and applying them to brand presentations
• Program skills: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Google Slides
• A keen eye for detail
• Great time management and communication skills, we believe that no question is a bad question. We'd rather you over-communicate than under-communicate.
• Willingness to collaborate via ClickUp Project Management platform
