Chattams Logistics is seeking a self-motivated, driven, and creative Lead Generation Pipeline Builder & Sales Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team!  You will be responsible for expanding the company's client leads.  This will be accomplished through lead research, use of the company’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator account, and conducting both email & phone call outreach.  The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or administrative functions, with a proven track record of client lead development.

Who We're Looking For:

We are in search of a passionate Lead Generation Pipeline Builder & Sales Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a new qualified prospect list using your proven methods alongside the systems and tools provided by Chattams Logistics. As we build our sales team from the ground up, we seek someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to contribute to our growth. You'll receive all the necessary tools, collaborative sales scripts, pricing guidelines, and comprehensive training to ensure your success.   • Identify new customer opportunities and set up meetings for sales team members.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator (license provided by Chattams Logistics), along with research and other methods, to identify and connect with key stakeholders in potential client organizations.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via social media, email, and phone calls, using a lead generation workflow to book appointments for the sales team.
  • Ensure efficient follow-up from outreach efforts to guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Present Chattams Logistics services to new prospects.
  • Resolve inquiries from prospects.
  • Report progress weekly and contribute to strategic planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Research previous successful campaigns to identify what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved.


  • Chattams Logistics will provide a subscription to LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • We provide access to AirTable where prospective clients can be tracked and managed.
  • As a Lead Generation Pipeline Builder & Sales Appointment Setter, you will be well-supported in your role. Resources available to you will include targeted lead lists, opportunities from paid marketing campaigns, and other essential tools to help you hit your sales appointment targets and deliver maximum value to the company.
  • This is a position that you will be able to build as your own!  However, we will provide and collaborate on a sales script and any company/industry knowledge as needed.


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or administrative functions with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and creatively finding new prospects.
  • Feel comfortable making cold calls and have a passion for making strong connections with people.  
  • Experience using social networks, research, and other innovative methods to identify key stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster connections and relationships.
  • Ego-free: strong candidates will be humble and bring a positive attitude along with a willingness to learn and share insights in the spirit of stronger collaboration.

Job Type: Fully remote, Independent Contractor, Create your schedule

Pay: $25/hour + a one-time bonus for any leads that sign a sales contract
