Hi future friend! We are seeking a marketing and content assistant for our company, Reefine Marketing & Graphics. We started in 2020 and are a growing company who recently had an influx of new clients. We are looking for an assistant to help us with various tasks to handle our new workload.
To start, we need someone 5 hours a week with room to grow. We work using Monday, but no experience is needed our processes are simple.
We are an all woman team (my sister and I) looking to add someone similar to our vibe! We value honesty, kindness, and willingness to learn! If you think of anyone new to marketing who fits these qualifications, let us know.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of social media and content creation experience
- Able to research and learn about several industries and client companies
- Good writing ability, especially in using AI to create scripts for reels or YouTube videos and generate ideas
- Ability to create graphics using canva and brand kits
- Video Editing skills on one or more of these programs: FinalCut PRO, Premiere PRO, Capcut
- Hardworking and dedicated to creating effective and eye-catching marketing material
- Values communication and responds quickly and updates work progress
