Marketing Copy Creator 

We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator that is enthusiastic about personal development. This is an in house position that will focus on creating social media, blog posts, and email content across a variety of programs. We seek someone who is curious, creative, and versatile. The underlying concepts of our program have been developed and research will be provided. We are looking for you to shine creating fresh and engaging content that aligns with our program goals. This position starts at 20 hours a week. 

Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver high quality, engaging, informative copy created within brand guidelines and consistent with best practices within the promised timelines and to specification based on defined deliverables
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth delivery of completed projects 
• Serve as part of the marketing team as it relates to content development and marketing communications

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a portfolio of work demonstrating his/her experience generating marketing-based copy in a similar type of role
• Possess some prior agency experience and/or a corporate marketing background
• Be familiar with writing for both print and online mediums across a variety of vehicle types
• Have a working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and SEO best practices
• Quickly built rapport with team members and had strong communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and a self-starter.
• Be self-motivated to go above and beyond and be a trusted subject matter expert for our internal team.
• Seamlessly handle multiple projects simultaneously end to end without losing sight of the overall goals or the most minor details.
• Thrive working as part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving team where everyone pitches in and yet is confident in being able to be a leader in their area of expertise.
• Follows established best practices with acute attention to detail but isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas and seeks out new innovative solutions
