Marketing Project Manager

Our client is hiring for a Marketing Project Manager to join their growing team. 

You will be joining an environment that is incredibly fast paced. This will be fully remote, 15-20 hours per week, through at least May for a large rebrand.

What you will be doing an Marketing Project Manager:

- Experience managing projects across different mediums and teams (content, creative, ux, development)

- Commnicate with print companies, vendors and finance

- Manage budgeting, scheduling, coordinating and running bi-weekly committee meetings with status updates by project

- Meet and collaborate with corporate marketing teams to strategize plans, timelines, and deliverables for several marketing projects at a time

- Ensure the creative and marketing teams hit deadlines for all projects

- Develop presentations for management and clients

- Keep an eye on the website to make sure it is current

What you need to know as Marketing Project Manager:

- 7+ years of marketing project management experience

- Experience managing creative projects across all mediums for a large rebrand

- Experience using WorkFront A MUST

- Comfortable in an Agile environment

- MUST be an incredible multi-tasker

- Must be able to prioritize and manage deadlines

- Agency background a huge PLUS but not required

- Excellent listener + communicator

- Must be comfortable running presentations

- Strong collaboration skills

Hourly Rate: $40 - $50 / Hr
