Pay Rate: $35/hr USD

About this Role…
The Operations Assistant for Catalyst Coaching & Consulting is an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can execute day-to-day administrative tasks and develop ways to improve overall efficiency. They’re strategic and responsible for task planning, execution, and oversight. This role will utilize tech tools and automation to ensure every day runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in admin and operations and enjoys working in a small team. This role will report directly to the CEO of Catalyst Coaching & Consulting.
What you will do...
- Lead team meetings and add/manage tasks in the project management platform, ClickUp.
- Schedule events, lessons, and announcements inside the group coaching program platform, Mighty Networks.
- Troubleshoot tech and make updates to all automation.
- Update the website with new information in Showit.
- Schedule and format marketing content on all platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog, Email).
- Write and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed by the CEO.
Preferred Skills
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Proficient in writing and updating standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot tech issues and update automation as needed.
- Community Management: Experienced in scheduling online events and webinars, lessons, and announcements in group coaching platforms like Mighty Networks.
- Task Management: Responsible for closing out every day with tasks completed or reassigned for a reasonable due date inside our project management software, ClickUp.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of admin and operations experience.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Google Suite.
- Strong knowledge of ClickUp project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Zapier automation software.
- Strong knowledge of Airtable database software.
- Strong knowledge of Showit website hosting.
- Strong knowledge of Flodesk email marketing software.
- Strong knowledge of Mighty Networks community platform.
- Strong knowledge of Calendly scheduling software.
- Group program management experience.
- Experience planning and managing small business projects.
