About the Position
Laurel and Grey is a digital marketing agency passionate about promoting and protecting the brands and individuals we work with. Founded in 2017 by agency veteran Katy Rutkin, our services include strategy and planning, content creation, paid media, platform management, influencer marketing, and more. Our clients include brands in food and beverage, retail, education technology, B2B, and beauty.
Laurel and Grey seeks an experienced paid media specialist to join our team in a freelance capacity. This person will be responsible for supporting our clients in strategy, planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can think critically and strategically, and maintains a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in programmatic advertising is required and agency experience is preferred.
This position is fully remote and would require a maximum of 60 hours per month (~15 hours per week).
Responsibilities include:
- Leverage the Amazon DSP to manage programmatic campaigns that support client business, including;
- Campaign setup
- Creative trafficking
- Budget management
- Support the team in refining 2024 media strategies that include: budget allocation, audience targeting and segmentation, creative recommendations
- Provide regular campaign reporting; use reporting and analytics to influence optimization and future strategy. Reporting structure includes;
- Weekly performance reporting
- Monthly business review
- Ad hoc reports as requested
- Participate in regular client meetings
Experience:
- 2-3 years of diverse paid media experience with an emphasis on programmatic
- Knowledge of the Amazon DSP is preferred but not required
- Confident in paid media best practices, analytics, and attribution
- Strong data skills including analyzing, visualizing, and extracting insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Compensation:
Freelance employee will be compensated at an hourly rate that will take into account skills and experience.
