Production Designer

Our agency client in Dallas is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Production Designer to start in the next two weeks, around 15 hours per week to start with anticipation of additional weekly work over time.

The Production Designer will support a growing influx of work, producing print-ready mailers (letter packs and self-mailers, some postcards) and corresponding simple email and landing pages for big clients.

Production Designer Responsibilities

- Understand and apply brand standards for each client

- Layout and design letter packages, self-mailers and postcards

- For some, re-design for efficiency and modernization

- Translate design from print to email and landing pages

- Estimate and track hours for each project

- Adhere to strict timelines for fast-turnaround times

- Communicate clearly status & estimate changes 

Production Designer Requirements

- Experience with direct mail, email and landing pages - portfolio required

- Strong print production skills

- Strong understanding of limitations of email and landing page design for conversion by team to HTML

- Adobe InDesign

Location: Dallas, TX (Fully remote)

Starts: April 2024

Duration: Around 15 hours weekly to start, 3+ months

Status: Freelance

Hourly Rate: $35 - $35 / Hr
