SEM Specialist

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions through effective keyword research, campaign management, and performance analysis. This role is essential for achieving our marketing goals and enhancing our online presence.

Location: Fully Remote 

Duration: 3 months to start, up to 40hrs/week 

$50 - $60 /hr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent search terms and create effective ad copy
• Manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns to improve performance and achieve emergency response goals
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions
• Implement bidding strategies that maximize ROI
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly
• Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting
• Experiment with audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign reach

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in SEM, specifically with Google Search and Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance analysis
• Experience in audience targeting and understanding of high-intent search terms
• Knowledge of bidding strategies, conversion optimization, and keyword strategy 
• Nice to have: Experience in marketing for emergency services
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager
