Senior Brand & Packaging Designer
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand and Packaging Designer to join our clients luxury fashion brand. This role demands a high level of expertise, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for beauty products and packaging design.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing innovative product and packaging designs within the fragrance and make-up categories, as well as handling bespoke briefs for existing products, limited editions, and other specialized collateral, all under the umbrella of the clients beauty brand.
Your role extends to designing for POS, OOH, and print materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across campaign rollouts. Overseeing a small team of graphic designers and artworkers, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all graphic, packaging, product, and beauty brand-related inquiries.
From conceptual research to design and technical detailing for internal review, you will manage the complete design process, including external production oversight. Reporting to the Creative Director, your understanding of the clients beauty brand will be pivotal in effectively communicating its essence internally and externally, guaranteeing consistently high standards across all communications and products.
Success in this role hinges on your aptitude for collaborative communication, team leadership, multitasking across diverse projects, deep comprehension of printing and product development processes, and the ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.
Previous experience from these brands would be beneficial - Hermes, Byredo, DS Durga, Rose Inc, La bouche Rouge, Perfumer H.
Personal Profile
- Possess 6+ years of experience in similar or relevant roles.
- Experience in the luxury and/or beauty/fashion sectors.
- Showcase exceptional organization skills with a commitment to timely delivery and effective communication.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of product processes, from prototyping to industrial production.
- Exhibit expertise in relevant materials and finishes.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
- Stay attuned to current fashion trends, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Be intrinsically self-motivated, highly organized, and deadline-driven.
- Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Possess excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
