About the position

White Point Creative is seeking a talented Senior level designer to join our team! In this role we expect you to dive right in and help in a support role for our Creative Director, Lizzy, and partner with WPC team members (copywriters, VA's, designers, marketing strategists and more).

This person will be assigned a project by Lizzy, and get to work through the entire branding & web design project with the client and team members. In a way, it's exactly like when you work with your own clients, except now you'll do this under the WPC name. You will also have a full agency at your back.

There is major room for growth in this position as we look to groom this person for a long-term ongoing relationship and promote you to an art director role. Please do not apply if you are not in this for the long haul or plan to move on any time soon. If your dream is to scale your own business and we are simply a stepping stone, this isn't the role for you.

This is perfect for the creative who has always wanted a to belong or run an agency but is burned out of trying to do it themselves. They love leadership and guiding people, they love the creative work, but they don't love the marketing and admin side of running a business.

The breakdown & requirements

• Located in the U.S. (no exception, it's a timezone thing)
• Attend team meetings (number of meetings may vary based on company needs)
• Be a team player who can work with experts of all backgrounds (copywriters, social media managers, designers, marketing strategists...etc.)
• Available to work anywhere from 10-20 hours a week from 9 am to 5 pm your time zone Monday - Friday
• Have a positive attitude and spirit of joy. We also would love to see this person have the tenacity to seek out an answer to a question they have on their own but also feel confident reaching out to a team member when they need help. Autonomy and self sufficiency to work a problem as well as humility to ask for help is important to us
• This position will start as a per-project payment but eventually move into a retainer or more.
• Rate of pay will range from $1,000 - 4,000 per project depending on the level of experience and skillset

• 3+ years of experience in branding & Showit web design minimum
• Is extremely experienced in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) as well as Canva
• Bonus points for any of the following: Basecamp, Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Loom
• Intimate knowledge of service-based industries, copywriting tactics (no you don't have to be a talented writer yourself) and marketing funnels
• Excellent communicator who is comfortable collaborating and bringing new ideas to the table even if they weren't specifically asked to
• A high degree of self accountability
• A love of leadership and guiding people
• The ability to interface with clients, push back when needed, pick your battles, and work with high level multi-millionaire coaching clients
• Ability to adhere to critical timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about quality design and work and not quitting until the job is done and done well
