Social Media Engagement & Lead Generation Specialist

I'm looking for a kickass engagement specialist to join my SMM team! My boutique agency is growing and I need a social media expert to join the team! We are currently a team of 3 and serve very high-performing, industry-leading female founders with influential brands in the holistic health, wellness, and beauty industries. I need someone who can tackle inbound and outbound engagement on a daily basis. Someone who is skilled at diving into a client's brand and ideal client avatar and going out to engage with content and in communities where a client's target audience would be as well. Someone who can manage a social media inbox (on multiple platforms) to ensure no communication gets missed and to ensure the proper person (the client or myself) sees and addresses a particular question or conversation. Someone who spends time on all platforms and knows how to engage with the target demographic to make it feel like they are talking to the client themselves. AUTHENTIC engagement and lead generation (media platforms, podcast features, potential clients, collaborations, etc.) is super important to our success as a team and I'm looking for my unicorn! We are GROWING so I'm looking for someone who wants to be part of a team (does not have her own business) and wants to grow to become full-time.
