Temp Remote Recruitment Marketing Partner


About the job

Our client, a global omnichannel retailer, is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Partner to join their team at a remote capacity. This is a temporary role that will start immediately and end January 31, 2025.

Job Duties Include:

  • Develop strategic campaigns by analyzing target demographics, labor supply and demand, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate to produce captivating stories and visuals across various media, including web design, graphic design, video production, etc.
  • Maximize usage of applicant tracking systems, CRM, CMS, and social channels through partnerships, employing tactics to drive conversions
  • Bring employer brand to life by highlighting value proposition and associate value proposition proof points that resonate with talent
  • Develop strategic relationships with vendors and foster internal partnerships to support business goals
  • Collaborate with agencies to measure and report on key metrics to showcase enterprise and team success
  • Leading by example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting work effectively, and seeking continuous growth

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field OR 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in brand management, contract management, vendor relationship management, supervision, leading cross-functional teams or projects, and/or an MBA.
  • Well-versed in Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Skilled in design thinking, adept at crafting personas, empathy maps, and user stories

Pay: $48-$49/hr
