Video Editor

The Role: 

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team and play a vital role in creating high-quality video content. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging and informative videos that resonate with our audience of new managers.

Responsibilities:

• Craft a compelling narrative for each video, utilizing edits, transitions, and creative elements to enhance the viewing experience.
• Edit and assemble raw footage (10-20 minutes) into polished, professional videos (10-15 minutes) that adhere to brand guidelines and ensure a clean, engaging viewing experience.
• Incorporate high-quality graphics, text overlays, and other visual elements to further illustrate key points and maintain brand consistency.
• Deliver 4 high-quality videos per month, with a turnaround time of 1 week from receiving all raw files.
• Be open to feedback and collaborate effectively to achieve the desired outcome for each video.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating clean, professional videos.
• A strong command of preferred video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into video aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational skills and a system for efficient project management and video feedback loops .
• Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Experience using Notion for project management (a plus!).
