Wordpress expert/developer

I'm in the process of reworking my website, and I need assistance in developing it. I have the copy and general design but need someone to help with the Wordpress end of it.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working WordPress pages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Implement content (text, images, videos) as per the provided layouts and instructions.
• Ensure high-performance and manageability of the website, including speed optimization.
• Test the site for usability and fix any bugs or issues prior to launch.
• Implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins as required.
• Nice to have: Ensure the website is SEO-friendly and compliant with web standards.
• Provide guidance on best practices for site management and potential enhancements.
